Overview
A refill coupon is a voucher or code used to top-up customer’s account.

Purpose
The purpose of refill coupons is to facilitate account top-ups for customers without requiring online payments. Admin has complete control over coupon circulation, allowing them to share codes strategically to foster customer loyalty, encourage repeat business, or for various other purposes.
How will it work?
In the admin portal, Services -> Refill Coupons option here admin can create coupons and can provide that coupon number to their customers for recharge purposes.

Where to find the Use Voucher?
Now we are logging in to the customer account and going to purchase these coupons. To purchase, customers will need to have a coupon number.
Customer top-up process
Customers can utilize the voucher to top up their accounts upon receiving the coupon code from the admin. The next step involves logging into the customer portal to complete the transaction.
When customers, armed with a coupon code received from the admin, initiate the "Use Voucher" process to top up their accounts

We have shared one of the coupon numbers with the customer and now the customer is going to purchase that coupon.
Once you click on Use voucher it will ask you for a coupon number.

After entering a coupon number, click on add.
Let's check the refill coupon section in admin Now You can see in the below screenshot that it shows which customers have purchased those 1 coupon.

Once customer click on ‘Use Voucher’, prompted with coupon number to enter.
Upon the successful completion of the voucher addition transaction from customer portal, the customer's account will show the topped-up amount in their balance.
Simultaneously, in the admin portal, this specific voucher will be marked as 'Used,' with the date and time of its redemption by the customer.
