We are excited to announce a significant enhancement in our latest release, introducing Microsoft 365 support for SMTP in our email notification system. This improvement expands the capabilities of our platform, providing users with more flexibility and options for seamless communication.

  • Microsoft 365 Integration: Users can now leverage Microsoft 365 SMTP services for sending email notifications directly from our platform. This integration enhances email delivery reliability and ensures that important communications reach recipients promptly. 

  • Improved Notification Workflow: With Microsoft 365 support, users can streamline their notification workflows, benefiting from the robust features and security measures provided by Microsoft's email infrastructure. 

  • Enhanced Security: Leveraging Microsoft 365 for SMTP ensures that email communications are transmitted securely, adhering to industry standards and best practices for data protection. 

  • Seamless Configuration: Configuring Microsoft 365 as the SMTP provider is a straightforward process, allowing users to quickly integrate their existing Microsoft 365 accounts with our platform for a hassle-free experience. 

 

How to configure SMTP for email notification? 

  • Go to configuration > Company Profiles > Email Notification block

  • Add Microsoft 365 email id for SMTP Host, SMTP Port, SMTP User, SMTP Password and set SMTP as Enable

  • Now SMTP email test to check sample notification is received from ASTPP system. 

  • Now save the SMTP configuration details 

  • Now system will use SMTP configured email id for sending notification to customer on their email id. 

Who can send mail using microsoft 365 support for SMTP Email Notifications? 

  • Admin and resellers can send mail using microsoft 365 support for SMTP email notifications.
