We are thrilled to announce a significant enhancement in our latest release, aimed at elevating your user experience to new heights. With a commitment to providing a more intuitive and visually informative platform, we introduce three impactful features: SIP Device Status, Gateway Status, and a Server Dashboard with Red/Green color codes.

  1. Enhanced SIP Device Monitoring:

    • Improved SIP device status monitoring.

    • Real-time registration status displayed on the server dashboard.

  1. Gateway Status Monitoring:

    • Added comprehensive gateway status monitoring.

    • Track the connectivity and signal conversion status of gateways.

    • Notifications for any issues with gateway functionality.

 

  1. Server Dashboard with Color-Coded Status:

    • Introducing a visually intuitive server dashboard.

    • Red/Green color-coding for quick and easy status identification.

    • Red indicates critical issues or offline status, while green signals optimal performance and online status.

How It Works: 

  • Admins, subadmins, resellers, and customers can check their online and offline SIP devices by applying filters and viewing the corresponding activity report. Green colour will display for online and red colour will display for offline.

  • For Admin/Sub-Admin -> Accounts -> Customer -> SIP devices > Select SIP status as Registered/Unregistered > Click on search button 

  • For Reseller -> Accounts -> Customer -> SIP devices > Select SIP status as Registered/Unregistered > Click on search button 

  • For Customer -> Go to My profile -> SIP devices > Select SIP status as Registered/Unregistered > Click on search button 

  • Login as admin > Choose server dashboard option > Now you can check server status
