Added search by trunk option in live call report.

We are excited to announce a valuable enhancement in this release, focused on optimizing your experience with our live call reporting feature. In response to user feedback and to further empower your real-time monitoring capabilities, we have implemented the following improvement: 

Feature: Search by Trunk Option in Live Call Report 

  • Description: 

  • Users can now take advantage of an enhanced search functionality within the Live Call Report. With the addition of the "Search by Trunk" option, monitoring and analyzing calls based on specific trunks have never been more efficient. 


  • Benefits: 

  • Targeted Analysis: 

  • Users can now narrow down their search criteria to focus specifically on calls associated with a particular trunk, and status providing a more targeted and insightful analysis. 


  • Streamlined Monitoring: 

  • The "Search by Trunk" option streamlines the live call reporting process, making it easier for users to access and analyze relevant data in real-time. 


  • How to Access: 

  • Navigate to the reports > Live calls page > Now go to searchbar > Select Status as ‘Connecting’, ‘Answered’ and ‘Unknown’ 

  • Click on search button then you can check filtered data will be display. 




  • Who can utilize this search option? 

  • Admin/Subadmin can use this search option.
