How can we change SIP registration domain for customers?
In the ASTPP system, the admin only will be able to change the subdomain for customers.
Steps
Login → Admin account
Accounts → Customers
Open the customer account in Edit mode by clicking on Account Number.
On the top right side, the page will show you customer domain information.
Click on the Edit button and it will open a popup box with domain information. Do the required changes and save the record.
You can also navigate the all domains on the platform under the account -→ Customer → Domains
Note
Please make sure to point the domain to the ASTPP server IP by creating A Record from your domain panel. If you do not have it pointed, then the customer will not be able to make calls.
