How to stop DID from getting released or DID billing

  • Go in to that DID edit and check the billing type.


  • DID have 3 types of billing



  1. One time

  2. Recurring

  3. Recurring monthly.



  • You can check billing type in above screenshot.

  1. One time 



  • If you will select one time then it will ask you for the days that for howmany days you want to keep that DID live.



  • You can check in above screenshot in that you need to select one type and if you have set billing days 10 then after 10 days it will get released from that customer account automatically.

2.Recurring



  • If you have selected Recurring in billing type and selected 10 days then after 10 days DID will automatically get recurred .



3.Recurring monthly



  • IF you have selected this DID type then it will not ask you for any date but it will get automatically recurred after the month of purchase.
