Language addon not working after installing and choosing it.

• We are going to install Japanese language addon , You can find the necessary screenshot in below. 
  
  

  After installing we selected the Japanese language in the below language, but it's still not making changes. You can see in the below screenshot we have selected a Japanese language add-on, but it is not making any change in language in Portal.

If you open the languages option you will find the Japanese language in there with its locale as shown below screenshot.

As in the above snap, select "Japanese" and click on top right "Update language"

After that, you need to restart php7.3-fpm or php-fpm services, only after your changes are reflected on the server. Without restarting PHP services, it will not reflect on your server.

You can see in the below screenshot, that we are restarting PHP services.

After that log out from the portal log in and select the Japanese language, you can see changes are reflected on the portal for the Japanese language.
