How to create a recording by dialing 1800?
First, Admin have to install multi-tenant PBX in ASTPP.
Menu Location : Get Addons→ Enterprise→ PBX multi-tenant install→ Re-login.
After that, will see the option of recording in inbound, something like this. As below mention Screenshot.
Menu Location : Inbound→ Recording.
The account for which the recording is to be created will have to register its SIP device and dial 1800.
Then will hear a call in which we have to dial the account number 5988233380 with # and dial the account pin 976646 with # from our dial pad.
After that, dial the number for which we want to create the recording 1800
After that recording will be created as shown in the below screenshot.
