SMTP Email configurations for admin and personalised email for reseller concept
Menu Location : Configuration→ Company Profiles→ Email Notifications
- Admin and reseller both can set SMTP configuration.
- Admin has to configure all the SMTP details in the below configuration.
- Also, you have to enable SMTP from configuration → Notification → Enable SMTP
- And can check the email ID configuration by clicking on SMTP Email Test.
If your credentials are valid then you will get the below message when an email is sent successfully.
For the reseller Entity, the Reseller login will log in reseller account after that they can configure the SMTP information in the company profile same as the admin.
- You can see that when the new account is created an email will sent like below.
- Admin and reseller both can check email Notification in the Reports→ Notification, Below is the screenshot for it.
- In Notification, whatever email admin or reseller had set in the company profile to get from email will show in the 'from' field.
- As an example below the reseller had set test@gmail.com in company profile
