How to check country reports for Customer / Reseller and Provider?
"Country Reports" refers to a feature that allows users to generate detailed reports related to telephony activities and billing for specific countries, accounts and reseller. These reports provide insights into the usage, revenue, costs, and other relevant metrics associated with calls made to and from different countries.
Menu Location: Dashboard --> Reports --> Country Reports
Reports is for Customer / Reseller :
We can search both reports with particular date / reseller / account / country wise.
Country : For particular country wise it will show detail reports
Call: It provides data on the number of incoming and outgoing calls for each country. This information helps telecom providers understand the popularity and demand for calls in specific regions.
Minutes : The call which is connected successfully total mins will be shown on screen.
Answer call : Total successfully calls
Average Call Duration: This metric provides insights into the average length of calls for each country. It helps in understanding user behavior and preferences for different regions.
Debits: The reports may also display the costs incurred for calls made to and from different countries. This information assists in analyzing expenses and optimizing pricing strategies.
Reports for Provider
We can search both reports with particular date / account / country wise.
Now here we have more feature like we can see all reports Total calls Breakdown / Charge breakdown / Minutes breakdown.
