Overview

The termination rate is the cost incurred by a service provider when terminating a call to its destination. A termination provider is a carrier or service provider that offers termination services for VoIP calls. They facilitate the routing and termination of calls to their destination.

Description

Trunk

Trunk for which the termination rate is being added

Code

The Code/Prefix of the termination rate

Destination

The destination country and/or type, i.e. Spain-Mobile, Canada-Landline etc

Strip

The number matches with the beginning of the dialled number then remove/strip it

Prepend

The number added before the dialed number



Connection Cost

One-time cost when call connection established

Grace Time

The number of seconds will not be charged/free seconds

Cost/Min

Cost to charge per minute

Initial Increment

Minimum billing seconds charged

Increment

Subsequent billing seconds charged after the Initial Increment

Priority

For multiple rates under different trunks with same 'Code' with '0' having highest priority

Effective Date

Activeness of the code

Upload CSV file if there are more rates.

Admin can download sample files by selecting the below icon called export from termination rates.

As per the sample file, add the fields as mentioned in

the CSV file.

Then upload the CSV file by selecting the import option.

Trunk list

Select the trunk on which you need to import termination rate

Effective Date Time

Select from which date and time you need to take this rate

Select file

File from local and import.

Select trunk, note that the admin can choose several trunks for one termination rate. (Will be reflected in all rates if it's done by CSV file)

Then select your file from local and import.
