Termination Rates

Overview

The termination rate is the cost incurred by a service provider when terminating a call to its destination from Admin. A termination provider is a carrier or service provider that offers termination services for VoIP calls. They facilitate the routing and termination of calls to their destination.

Purpose

In the context of ASTPP as a robust billing solution, effective rates management is a critical aspect. This involves the system keeping track of bills sent by carrier providers and providing detailed information on costs and debits. The understanding and configuration of Termination Rates empowers administrators with comprehensive insights into their business health and revenue patterns.

How will it work?

The admin portal provides access for the creation and management of various settings for Termination Rates, including crucial configurations that are integral to the system's functionality.
