Purpose
Facility to barg in any ongoing call for training purposes or any such reason
Admin and reseller are able to spy/barg on-going calls.
How it will work/Install/Configure ?
We can install the Call Barging Addon under the Enterprise section.
Once we install the new Spy button added in the Live Call Report.
Once click on Spy button pop-up is open and in pop-up admin/reseller can select one extension and press Call button.
Once press Call button spy call comes on selected extension and after answer call Extension is able to hear the talk between calls.
In Spy Extension only able to listen, spy extension not able to speak during spy so the third party isn't aware of the spy call.
