Call Barging

Purpose 

• Facility to barg in any ongoing call for training purposes or any such reason

• Admin and reseller are able to spy/barg on-going calls.

How it will work/Install/Configure ?

• We can install the Call Barging Addon under the Enterprise section.

• Once we install the new Spy button added in the Live Call Report.

• Once click on Spy button pop-up is open and in pop-up admin/reseller can select one extension and press Call button.

• Once press Call button spy call comes on selected extension and after answer call Extension is able to hear the talk between calls.

• In Spy Extension only able to listen, spy extension not able to speak during spy so the third party isn't aware of the spy call.
