Menu Location : Carriers →Termination rates.

  • To create for a particular country, suppose here admin created the code 1 which is for USA. 

  • Admin need to add the country code, and Destination which is country name as per the code.

  • Then admin need to select trunk as per the gateway you want to pass the call.

Upload csv file if there are more rates.

  • Admin can download sample files by selecting below icon called export from termination rates.



  • As per the sample file add the fields as mention in csv file.

  • Then upload the csv file by selecting import option as below showed.


  • Select trunk, note that admin can choose several trunks for one termination rate. (Will be reflect in all rates if its done by csv file)

  • Then select your file from local and import.
