Trunk Summary Report

Description :

Report is design specially for Admin and Sub-Admin only to measure the quality of trunks.

This report will indicate ASR(Average Seizure Ratio) and ACD(Average Call Duration) value against total call count of 1 to 5 min, 5 to 15 min, 15 to 30 min, 30 to 60 min, 60 to 180 min and 180 to 720 min.  

Here 1 - 5 Mins, 5 - 15 Mins and 15 - 30 Mins range showcases data collected within the past 1 to 5 minutes, 5 to 15 minutes and 15 to 30 minutes respectively.

Navigation :

Implemented Trunk Summary Report in Reports-> Call Summary Reports -> Trunk Summary. 

Trunk summary data format :

  • Every time on page load and on page refresh, SQL query will fetch new data from the CDRs table.  

  • Data will be in tabular format. 

  • General search functionality not added. quick search is implemented.

Data Presentation in Report :

  1. In case of no data available for any time frame, the display will show Total Calls as 0, ASR as 0%, and ACD as 00:00.

  2. Colours selection for different trunk : Applied 20 different colours to the Trunk field and three static colours to Total Calls, ASR, and ACD columns.

  3. The Trunk and Total Calls, ASR, ACD columns have been positioned on the left side, while the rest are on the right side.

  4. Set the font size of the table header and Trunk details to 15 px. ensured that the 20 colours in the Trunk column do not repeat, even if there are fewer than 20 records.
