Overview


Call Detail Reports in ASTPP offer users a comprehensive and detailed breakdown of each call, providing thorough insights into various aspects of call activity.

Purpose

The primary purpose of Call Detail Reports is to empower users at different levels with in-depth information about calls. These reports play a crucial role in informed decision-making and serve as a reliable source for double-checking details for various purposes.

How will it work?

Customer CDRs Report

Menu Location: Reports → Call Detail Reports → Customer

 

The calls report offers extensive filtering options with numerous parameters and combinations. Users can customize their filters to obtain detailed insights into their own or their down hierarchy's usage. By leveraging these flexible filtering capabilities, users can access precise and comprehensive data, empowering them to make well-informed decisions based on the loaded entries in the report.

Date

Date indicate exact date and time when the call was originated

Caller ID

Caller ID

Called Number

Destination number where call has been terminated

SIP User

If call has been originated by the registered user then it will store as registered SIP user number

Code

Destination prefix

Destination

Destination name

Duration (Actual Call Duration)

This represents the real-time duration for which the customer was connected to the destination. It is the exact time spent talking, without any billing-related adjustments.

  • Example: If a call lasted for 1 minute and 3 seconds, the Actual Call Duration will be 00:01:03.

  • Visibility: Displayed to Admin, Sub-Admin, Reseller, and Customer.

Billed Duration (Billable Call Duration)

This indicates the final call duration used for billing purposes. It is calculated based on the defined initial increment, increment, and any applicable grace duration in the rate group or origination rate settings.

  • Example: For the same 1 minute and 3 seconds call, if the billing increment is 60/60, the Billed Duration will be 00:02:00.

  • Visibility: Displayed only to Admin, Sub-Admin, and Reseller.

Debit

Total cost for customer for the specific call

Cost

Total termination cost for the call

Disposition

Call status or actual hangup cause

Account

Account number in which the call has been logged

Trunk

Trunk name where the call has been terminated

Rate Group

Rate group name which used to do billing for the customer for this specific call

Call Type

The following are specific types of calls, with self-explanatory names providing insights into each particular call entry type.

Direction of the call flow

If recording available, then user can download it from here and can also play it

Hang-up By

Ending a phone call, either by the caller or the receiver or the system.
