Added date wise group by option in customer summary report


We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to our reporting capabilities— the introduction of the "Date Wise Group By" option in the customer summary report. This new feature allows users to organize and analyze customer data more effectively based on specific date parameters. 

Key Features: 

  • Date Wise Group By: Users can now group customer summary data based on specific dates, providing a more granular and insightful analysis of customer activities over time. 

  • Enhanced Reporting Precision: The addition of the "Date Wise Group By" option enables users to generate more precise and tailored customer summary reports, facilitating better decision-making. 

How to Use the "Date Wise Group By" Option: 

  • Accessing the Customer Summary Report:  

  • Go to Reports > Call Summary Reports > Customer Summary  

  • Choose the "Date" option in the group by time dropdown menu within the customer summary report. 

  • You can now apply search options to find specific records. 

  • Now, Click on the "Search” button to view the customer summary report with the selected date-wise grouping.
