Percentage-Based Routing in Origination Rates - Real-Time Data Management, Batch Update with Routing Strategy in origination rates

We are thrilled to announce a major enhancement to our system with the introduction of Percentage-Based Routing in Origination Rates. This feature brings a new level of flexibility and control to your communication strategy, allowing you to optimize routing based on percentages and implement sophisticated routing strategies. Admin/Subadmin can set percentage-based routing in origination rates for their customers.

    • Users can now define routing percentages for origination rates, providing a more granular control over call distribution. This feature enables you to allocate traffic based on specific criteria, ensuring a balanced and efficient routing strategy.

  3. Batch Update Capability:

    • Introducing a batch update feature for multiple origination rates based on percentage based strategy. It’s more convenient and time-saving process.

  4. Advanced Routing Strategies:

    • Users can now implement advanced routing strategies in origination rates. Define rules based on percentage allocations to create a customized and intelligent routing system.

  5. Enhanced User Interface:

    • The user interface has been enhanced to accommodate the new percentage-based routing features. Easily configure and visualize routing strategies within the rates management section for a seamless user experience.

How to Utilize:

  • Go to Tariff > Origination Rates > Create/Edit origination rate > Check routing type option 

  • Now select Percentage based routing and select force trunk1, force trunk2 and force trunk3 and add percentage for three trunks to route call based on assigned percentage. If customer dial lots of calls using 91 rate then call will distribute over different three trunks based on percentage define. 

  • We have added batch update option for routing type field where routing type=percentage based.
