  • Leverage an additional layer of control over your international calling business.
  • You can set exclusive balance allowed for international calling to a specific account.
  • This balance is exclusively assigned for international calling and differs from the normal call balance.

Purpose

  • Add an advanced level of control in making international calls by allocating designated balance to customers
  • This will be used for the: Prepaid customers and Postpaid customers.

Key Features

  • Assign and manage international call balance by customer

  • Assign and manage international call balance by reseller

  • Configure unlimited international prefixes

Steps for install

  1. Click on the Get Addons.

  2. Click on the Community.

  3. Click on the install button from International Credits.


Menu Location : Accounts -> International Credits

This is comes for the prepaid entities

How it works?

  • Admin have to go International prefixes from the below location and set prefix.


Menu Location : Configurations→ Settings → International Prefixes


  • Admin need to do some recharge for International Credits for their customers or resellers as shown in the below screenshot.

  • Now customers or resellers can  make a international call by using international prefix.
