About

This Feature helps getting alarm notification for the outbound calls which can be configured through Trunk as well as Gateway, if the configuration need on trunk then that can be done on the alarm type such as ASR(Average Success Ratio), ACD (Average call duration), CIC (Concurrent Incomplete Calls) and if user needs alarm notification through Gateway then that is also possible, for getting the alarm notification one can configure the email ID so that the notification would be received there.

On which email address do you want this alarm alert?

ASR -  ASR full form is the answer-seizure ratio (ASR)

  • ASR depends on the successful calls. It means the average success ratio.
  • ASR = completed calls /total calls *100
  • If the ASR goes down below your set threshold then you will get an alert on your registered email address.

ACD -Average call duration.

  • It is the average duration count from total calls.
  • If the ACD goes down below your set threshold then you will get an alert on the registered email address.

CIC -Concurrent Incomplete Calls

  • It will depend on failed calls. If you have set it example --7 in threshold and in that set duration more than 7 calls failed then you will get an alert on the registered email.
  • If the configured number of calls are not connected or rejected concurrently with the trunk then the alarm will be triggered.

Gateway

If you have selected gateway in type then the threshold will need to set 100 for this and you will get 2 options in ping type.

  • freeswitch- If you select freeswitch then it will check ping from freeswitch.
  • console- If you set the console then it will go to the console to ping the provider IP manually.

If the gateway is down in that case you will get an alert on your registered email.

Ping Type→ FreeswitchThe threshold will need to be set to 100 for this. If the freeswitch goes down in the case user will get the alert.
Ping Type→ ConsoleThe threshold will need to be set to 100 for this. If the Console goes down in the case user will get the alert.
