How call flow configure and work
Call Flow is a feature in which IVR, Ring group, Queue, Conference, PSTN, Time-condition, Recording all PBX functionalities are included. It will be part of PBX add-on.
Menu Location: Dashboard ==> Inbound ==> call flow
==> Now on top right you need to "create" call flow for sub-admin, reseller, customers.
==> Please click on "create" one scenario for call flow:
1) Now hear first you need to set Name as per your wish, after that select Reseller account, then you will fine Account as per selected reseller.
2) If you need to keep status active or inactive, you can do needful.
3) Most Important in Steps we can set Priority like 1,2,3,4..... and all PBX functionalities as describe above you will find in Extension Call Type.
4) In Extension Call Type there is one function "RING" which used as User can select recording if he wants to play the recording in-between conditions. Like if call go through priority 1 and no one has pickup the call now it will pass through priority 2 call get answer then, time between P1 and P2 the RING recording you can set as per your wish.
