Rate check for DID settings
Menu Location : Configuration→ Settings→ Calls→ Rate check for DID
- Admin can apply rate check YES, then along with did it is important to have the origination rate as well.
- If the admin entity do rate check as NO then it only deduct the DID cost per/min.
- As below mention screenshot followed by rate, check DID no:-- it only deduct DID cost per/min
- After selecting rate check YES for DID, it will find the Origination rate, and if there is no Origination, it will shoe in CDRs as Origination rate not found.
- After that admin entity created the Origination rate then the call is passing as below mention screenshot CDRs showing normal clearing.
