DID hold/unhold or DID Reservation
Import note: If admin will enable this feature it will work globally for all the DID's in the system.
In version 5 of ASTPP, we are providing a feature to reserve a DID number.
Menu Location : Configurations → Settings → Products
This feature contains 2 settings which are given below.
DID Reservation Days
It is the number of days a customer can reserve that DID for.
For more explanation one example - Client A purchased DID on 20th December and DID has billing days set to 7 and the billing type is one-time.
So as per the above set configuration DID purchased by the customer will need to be terminated on 27th of December.
Which is 7 days after the purchase date, But if you have enabled the DID enabled feature that DID will not get released.
That DID will go on hold till the day admin has set in DID Reservation Days
and no other customer will be able to purchase that DID.
2. DID Reservation
To use the DID hold/unhold feature admin needs to enable this option.
