DID hold/unhold or DID Reservation

• In version 5 of ASTPP, we are providing a feature to reserve a DID number.

• This feature contains 2 settings which are given below.

1. DID Reservation Days 

•  It is the number of days a customer can reserve that DID for. 

• For more explanation one example - Client A purchased DID on  20th December and DID has billing days set to 7 and the billing type is one-time.
• So as per the above set configuration DID purchased by the customer will need to be terminated on 27th of December.
• Which is 7 days after the purchase date, But if you have enabled the DID enabled feature that DID will not get released.
• That DID will go on hold till the day admin has set in  DID Reservation Days  and no other customer will be able to purchase that DID.

       2.  DID Reservation 

•   To use the DID hold/unhold feature admin needs to enable this option.
