Cron configs and possible modifications

Menu Location :  Configuration → Crons


  • We have crons for every alerts like , all the customer alerts , addon alerts and you can check the cron running time and configurations

  • Here you can see last execution date and next execution date and from that you can monitor when the cron ran last time and when its gonna run next.

  • We request you to not change any crons without any proper information and knowledge.

  • Low balance notifications you can change as you need , it is for customer low balance alert according to threshold , you can set alert limit as you need.

  • If you are using fraud detection addon then please make sure to not change the cron interval time to less than 3 minutes.
