Menu Location : Configuration -> Setting -> Global

  • Purpose : OPEN APIs enable ASTPP to open up their applications' data and functionality to external third-party developers and business partners, or to departments within their organization. 


  ->  How it will work/Install/Configure(With Screen-shot) : 

  • Go to Get Addons and install OPEN APIs addon from Community. 

  • You will get all the configurations related to dialer in the Configuration -> Setting -> Global and Configuration -> Setting -> Notifications.
