How contact group configure and work
- Important Notes: Contact group is the part of conference.
- Dashboard ==> Inbound ==> contact Group

- It sends a mail to the particular person for whom the schedule conference is created when the conference is scheduled. Email will be received at the email address that was provided on the "Contact group" form, and mail will be sent as per the contact group selected on Schedule conference. If no contact group is selected on Schedule conference, then mail will not be sent to any contact group.
- Now User need to create first "Contact group List"
- Fill up all details as per above snap like Name / Select Reseller / Select Account and if you need to any note for particular group you can add int in Description and save it.
Now add contact and fill up all details.
Menu location: Dashboard ==> Inbound ==> conference
- Now User need to create first "Create Conference"
- Fill up all details as per above snap, Name / Description / Reseller / Accounts / Greeting note /

Type two types Schedule-Manually you can select as per your wish
Date-time on which date and time you need to set can conference
Reminder status and minute you can set here like (From every interval of 15 mins).
User will notify by mail ID which is added in contact group details as per set date and time in conference.
