Call Routing
About
Call routing uses call routes based on sip devices, we can route call default and also route different options like if the sip device not registered, Busy, No answer, routes call on sequence on other sip number or on PSTN number as well.
In call routing we configure recording, Call Waiting, DND, and pickup group features as well.

Menu Location : Accounts → Customer → SIP Devices
Fields | Description |
Call Forward | Here we can set SIP device call forwarding option if enable then all call routes on set extension/pstn number. |
On Busy | Here we can set SIP device busy option if someone call on sip device and device is busy and enable option then all call routes on set extension/pstn number on On Busy set extension. |
No Answer | Here we can set SIP device not answer option if someone call on sip device and device not able to answer call and enable option then all call routes on set extension/pstn number on No Answer set extension. |
Not Registered | Here we can set SIP device not register option if someone call on sip device and device not register and enable option then all call routes on set extension/pstn number on No Registered set extension. |
Allow Recording | Use for enable / disable call recording option. |
Pickup Group List | Here we can set extension pick group option,we can select multiple group for pickup |
Allow Pickup Group List | Here we can set allow to pickup group to extension ringing call. |
Follow Me | Set directly routes call in sequence option when someone call on sip device and enable follow me option. Destination: Set follow me destination here. |

Do Not Disturb | Set DND option for particular sip devices if DND enable that time no one able to make a call on this sip device. |
Note: After call routes on PSTN number then we can't able to set/use fail over on PSTN destination number.
