Feature Code

About

Feature codes are used to enable and disable certain features available in ASTPP. Extension users can dial feature codes on sip device to use that particular feature.

Admin have only access to change or modify number of feature code, customer not able to change this feature code customer only view and use this feature code.

When Multi-tenant PBX installed in our ASTPP then feature code will be show under inbound → Feature code menu as below screen shot.

*73Using for Call Forward Toggle.It will be enable or disable the Call Forwarding Always option of particular extension, from which extension dialed the Features code. It will change the Call Forwading Always option as enable to disable or disable to enable accordingly.
*74Using for Call Forward Busy Active.It will be enable the Call Forwarding Busy option of particular extension, from which extension dialed the Features code.
*75Using for Call Forward Busy Deactivate.If already enable Call Forwarding as Busy of particular extension, then It will be disable the Call Forwarding Busy option of particular extension from which extension dialed the Features code.
*76Using for Call Forward Busy Toggle.It will be enable or disable the Call Forwarding Busy option of particular extension, from which extension dialed the Features code. It will change the Call Forwading Busy option as enable to disable or disable to enable accordingly.

*2Using for Blind Call Transfer.
When dialed Blind Call Transfer Features code with extension number, then call will be route to extension number. In this case the original call will be ended, and it will no check to determine whether the transferred call is answered or if the number is busy.
*3Using for Attended Call Transfer.
When dialed attended Call transfer Features code with extension number, then call will be route to extension number. Attended transfer is when a call is routed to a third party only if the third party answers the call.
*96Using for Listen own voicemail.
*97Using for Listen own voicemail.By using dialed own voicemail features code, user will listen available received voicemail of this extension number.
*98Using for Listen live running call on dialled extension.By using dialed this features code, user will intercept and listen to any dialed extension's running live call on that extension number without known to user.
*99Using for Pickup Same Group Ringing Extension.
*100Using for Pickup Any Ringing Extension.
*101Using for Inactive Call Recording.If already enable Call Recording of particular extension, then It will be disable the Call Recording option of particular extension from which extension dialed the Features code.
*8Using for Call Parking InBy using this features code, user can park in the running call. It acts as Call on Hold, during Call Parking in caller will listen some Music or tone as per configured under settings > Calls > Call Parking MOH.wav file. During parking in the running call, it will get some passcode for parking out that running call.
*9Using for Call Parking OutBy using this features code, user can park out the running call which call are already parking in. It acts as Call unhold. during Parking out the call user will need passcode which got it during parking in the call.
*61Using for Call RedailBy using this feature code, user can redial the same number on that extension which number was dialled last time.
*62Using for Call ReturnBy using this feature code, user can Call back the number which last number was comes on that extension last time.
