Intercompany Connection(Interconnect Code)

Purpose :

• With Multi-Tenant PBX, the added feature will allow interconnection between companies.
  
  
  

• Ex: If Company A extension 1001 wants to connect to Company B extension 1001, he needs to add an interconnect code before the extension number.

How it will work/Install/Configure :

• It’s part of the PBX add-on. When we install the PBX addon, the interconnect code menu will be under.
  
  
  

• Here we can define interconnect code for Account-wise
  
  
  

• It should be a Unique account-wise, we can create just one interconnect code.
  
  
  

Open

• We can define interconnect code number length in Setting -> Interconnect code.
  
  
  

• The default Interconnect Code length value is 6, but if we want we can change it.
  
  
  

• But if we change the length all previously created interconnects will be deleted and we need to create them again.
