Music On Hold (MOH)

• Music on hold is used, when a call is on hold state then greetings will play for the user.
  
  
• This will be in the multi-tenant PBX addon, once the user installs that addon, MOH will be displayed in the below location.

Where did you find this configuration?

• In ASTPP a user can assign MOH at two different places.
  
  
• Firstly it can be added in sip device edit where you will have a separate filed, like the below screenshot.
  
  
  
  
  
• Secondly, we have provided MOH in the ringgroup module, so when a call is on hold then it will play the tune.
  
  

• It can be added in the ring group edit.
