Call Type | Here select different call type according to wants routes call on destination in next field select/input value and check checkbox if route to call to voicemail if destination device not pickup the call. Below Call Types will be seen in the dropdown for Multi Tenant IP PBX.

DID as CID | This feature allows the system to use the DID number as the Caller ID when a call is forwarded. It is managed through the "DID as CID" checkbox available in the DID forwarding settings, for both with PBX and without PBX scenarios. ✅ When “DID as CID” is Enabled:
