- In Prompt, we give the option to upload your recording file of the customer. Customers can upload welcome greetings, callback tones, invalid messages, Conference welcome messages, and ring group greetings files which need to be configured for different modules in IP-PBX.

Name | Identify the Recording Name using the name |
Reseller | Set reseller name |
Account | Create a Recording under the selected account. |
File Name | Here we can select a .wav file for play file in a different feature like ring group, ivr, and conference. |

Creation Date | Display create date of Recording. |

- Customers can record files using the dial 1800 default in setting.

- Admin can change this number according to usage.
- Currently, we support only .wav files to upload.
